Privacy Notice

This notice explains how PlayPark handles the personal data you provide on this page when you request the PlayPark Service partner deck. It is issued by Asphere Innovations Public Company Limited ("PlayPark", "we"), which operates the PlayPark Service business, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect

When you ask to receive the partner deck, we collect only the information you enter in the form, together with limited technical data:

• Full name
• Company name
• Job title / role
• Work email address
• Company field (for example: game developer, publisher, platform/channel, investor, service agency / tech provider, or media)
• Business area of interest (for example, publishing / co-publishing, payment service / payment channel, or marketing service)
• Your consent, and the date and time it was given
• Your IP address, which we process automatically and store only in hashed form to protect this page against abuse (for example, rate limiting) — not to identify you

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric data) through this page. Providing this information is voluntary, but the deck cannot be released without it.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Give you access to the partner deck you requested
• Contact you about PlayPark Service’s publishing and marketing services and follow up on your interest
• Operate, secure, and improve this page
• Keep records and comply with applicable law

Our legal basis is your consent (given when you tick the consent box) together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share your data only as needed for the purposes above, with:

• PlayPark Service team members who handle partner enquiries
• Our affiliated companies within the PlayPark / Asphere group
• Service providers that host and operate this page and help us send communications (for example, cloud hosting and email providers), under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfer

This page and its data are hosted on cloud infrastructure in Singapore, and some service providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred outside Thailand, we take appropriate steps to protect it to a standard consistent with the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to follow up on your interest and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Access your data and request a copy
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to or restrict our use of your data
• Request erasure of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

7. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing th.dpo@playpark.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, or processing we must continue in order to comply with the law.
